Work Hours

Our time zone is Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Monday-Friday

Morning Shift:                    9 AM – 1 PM

Mid-day Shift:                     1 PM – 5 PM

Evening:                               4PM – 8 PM

Saturday

Weekend Morning Shift:       9 AM -1 PM

Weekend Mid-day Shift:         1 PM – 5 PM

Full Time: 40 hrs/week & 1 hr/day unpaid lunch break.


Rules

Show Up On Time

  • An agent has to show up on time. This means that you need to be ready to make and receive calls in front of your PC at the beginning of your shift.
  • *No excuses about technical details: restarting PC, updates, etc. You should mention this before your shift.

Absence

We all have lives and personal commitments.

The following rules apply:

  • Emergencies, discuss with manager. It is your obligation to communicate if an emergency or commitment happens on the spot. Not notifying your supervisor may result in a reprimand.
  • 72 hrs Notice
  • 72hrs Communications. This applies to any planned commitments, you need to notify with 72hrs in advance via email to your supervisor (Weddings, Family Commitments, Kids Plays at School, etc.)
  • Shift Covering. It is your obligation to find a replacement for your shift from a co-worker and discuss with the manager the shift hour’s switch.
  • Send an email to your supervisor and cc the co-worker and remark the details of your request.
  • If a co-worker is not available to cover your shift you are ultimately responsible for your absence. Only a BDC Manager can approve your absence.
