It is important to understand one main aspect before delving into call scripts, Credit Score. Credit Score, in short, is a number used to determine someone’s risk when using credit. This number is determined by a variety of factors such as the amount of credit one uses, timely payments, how many sources of credit, and many more. While you don’t need to understand the specifics of how a Credit Score is determined, you do need to know its effects so we can properly determine if a potential customer is the right fit for us!

So, what does Credit Score effect that you need to know?

  1. Interest Rates
  2. The ability to borrow money

These two are crucial in understanding because we at DriveHere.com work with customers with Bad Credit (550 or below) or no credit to help them get a car and our pricing and deals reflect that. However, if someone has a decent or good credit score(700 or higher), they will be able to get a substantially better deal elsewhere, and while we wouldn’t turn down a customer if they still wanted to get a car with us, the likelihood of that is extremely low and generally isn’t worth the effort of pursuing.
