Active Customer – MUST be used if a customer already purchased a vehicle from us
Answering Machine/Voicemail – MUST be used if you get a customer’s voicemail and you left a message
Appointment – MUST be used if you were able to set an appointment for a customer
Bad Number – MUST be used if the number is disonnected or not in use
Bought Elsewhere – MUST be used if a customer already bought from another dealership and don’t want to trade in
Busy – MUST be used if you get a busy tone
Call Back – MUST be used if a customer agreed on a callback (Set appropriate date and time)
Do Not Call – MUST be used if a customer requested to be placed on DO NOT CALL LIST or asked not to be called again (put customer’s number on # DNC channel)
Hung Up – MUST be used if a customer suddenly hung up on a call
Interested – MUST be used if a customer is interested but not yet ready to set an appointment or did not agree on a callback
No Answer – MUST be used if a customer is not answering the call and there is no voicemail set up
Not Interested – MUST be used if a customer is not interested (hard NO)
Wrong Number – MUST be used if the phone number belongs to another person and the owner is not in the market for cars
No Contact – MUST be used if you get a customer’s voicemail but unable to leave a message/voicemail is full OR customer is not in
