To give you an idea of what is expected of your performance and what we hope to accomplishtogether:

  • UNDERSTAND. Proactively seek to constructively resolve issues or problems involving their job.
  • RESPECT.  Keep customers and co-workers as the primary focus. Demonstrate courteous, kind behavior when dealing with customers and coworkers; dignity, respect and empathy.
  • PROFESSIONALISM AND DRAMA FREE. Present yourself in a professional, positive/enthusiastic and approachable manner. Take pride and ownership in working enthusiastically, on time, an effectively with others to accomplish objectives.
  • QUALITY & PRODUCTIVITY.  High caliber of work accomplished. Work is accurate, organized, timely and detail-oriented. Utilize time and resources efficiently without waste.
  • TEAMWORK. Work effectively with the team, accomplishing organizational goals.
  • EFFICIENCY. We have a certain amount of calls that needs to be made an hourly basis, and a pre-established amount of kepts (appointments that show up to the dealership) that each agent needs to have on a monthly basis. This is subject to change, you will be informed by the manager or your supervisor should this occur.
